ABOUT RRC
Welcome to Rural Reverence Company! Here's my story:
Hello, my name is Heather and I am an Arizona girl, born and raised. I grew up in the small town of Prescott, AZ, home of the World's Oldest Rodeo and one of the Old West towns where Doc Holliday and the Earps hung out. Yes, it was a great place to grow up! Adding to that, I was fortunate that my great grandparents homesteaded 1800 acres in Craig, CO operating a cattle ranch. Some of my childhood summers were spent on their ranch riding horses, helping grandma in the garden, bathing the horses, bottle feeding some of the baby calves, branding the cattle, climbing the barn stalls and overall learning what hard work goes into the RURAL way of life. It is the foundation of who I am.
I eventually married and relocated to the Town of Gilbert, AZ choosing it because it was a small town on the outskirts of Phoenix. We would drive the roads and go past the dairy farms and see the citrus and hay fields. But today that's gone. Our town has quickly become a city. My heart misses the local dairy farms and the open space. I find myself daydreaming about the RURAL lifestyle and the respect and love that people have for each other. At this point I must confess that I've never been one to sit back and wait. I'm an action girl. So yes, I miss my RURAL roots and yes, my life is in a city now but I'm not letting that be the end of my story - it's just the beginning.
I had a very vivid dream about my main design of the flag and roots. I woke up one morning and started sketching this design. This particular design is the "why" of my company, this is my Trademark. In my designs you will see roots, country, our American Flag and many other things that matter to myself and to you. I decided to incorporate my family cattle brand into my logo and some of my designs. When you purchase one of my pieces, know you are supporting and celebrating the rural way of life and America, today and for the future.
